Service Description
The CEN-CENELEC SME Helpdesk can introduce European SMEs to the knowledge and business tools required to access the European Standardization System of CEN and CENELEC through:
- Free information;
- First-line advice – consultation of appropriate experts, rapid response by e-mail;
- Investigation of other support measures, including training, mentoring etc., to help European SMEs that wish to understand more of and contribute to European standardization.

European SMEs that wish to understand more of and contribute to European standardization.
Costs
The information is free.
Performance and service levels
Online, through email, or by telephone (during office hours).
Languages/countries of provision
The website is in English, yet requests in several more languages can be answered. For all European countries, contact details of SME National contacts are provided.
Status
Launched on March 1, 2010.
Some sectors/services are still under construction.
